Australia’s Commonwealth Government aims to build stronger, more resilient farming businesses. To create a fairer go for primary producers, the Commonwealth has funded a two-year Farm Co-operatives and Collaboration Pilot Program. This Program aims to: increase awareness and understanding of collaborative and innovative business approaches (such as co-operatives and collective bargaining); increase supply chain understanding and negotiating capability; and enhance resources and expertise about collaborative practices. Southern Cross University (SCU) invites Requests For Quote (“RFQ”) for the delivery of specialist support and consulting services for the Program. Specialists in agricultural business development, collaborative and co-operative business models, agricultural supply and distribution chain analysis, legal and financial services, e-commerce, crowd funding and case management, are encouraged to respond with a quote for services.
