Student Management System

Due to the nature of our business, the complexity and variety of the courses ICTE-UQ offers, there is a need for a student management system which allows flexibility and agility in running our business. The intended system needs to take a holistic approach to the student lifecycle. Key areas of operation for the system are: • Course management; • Student applications, offers and enrolment; • Attendance; • Assessment, evaluation and certification; • Finance functionality; and • Integration. With an overall objective within ICTE-UQ to simplify and reduce the number of solutions that ICTE-UQ staff members are required to use on a daily basis, additional capability items would be advantageous: • Homestay and student accommodation; • Portals – for students, teachers, agents and homestay families; • CRM; • Event management; and • Timetabling.
