You are familiar with leading contextual user research, and leading co-creation workshops, idea generation, prototyping and blueprinting service solutions to name a few. We are looking for a service designer with a creative mindset who is able to utilise design standards and best practice to help others see problems from a different perspective and balance user empathy and creative skill with government awareness.
