Catholic Education Commission Victoria has developed the Business Requirements for the upgrade of its Integrated Professional Learning System during 2017. The Commission now seeks to identify and evaluate suitable Commercial Off-the-Shelf Solutions that would satisfy the agreed requirements. The Professional Learning Events & Booking processes at summary level are: For Administrators · Create & Maintain Training Events (Activity) · Manage Calendar of Events · Manage Instructors & Presenters · Manage Training Logistics · Manage Evaluation & Feedback · Monitoring & Reporting For Training Participants · Register & Self Manage Registration · Participate in Training, Record Professional Development hours · Create Professional Development Reports It is recognised that no packaged solution will provide the full functionality, and activity management capabilities required however, expressions of interest for the provision of potential solutions are invited from vendors with a Commercial off the Shelf solution and relevant experience to satisfy these requirements and to provide management information.
