Police Assistance Line (PAL) and Online Reporting (OLR)

Victoria Police is seeking to appoint a provider to supply and operate a Contact Centre Service which will assist Victoria Police in capturing non-urgent incidents. This tender includes the following capabilities: Police Assistance Line (PAL) Ongoing service and operational management of the Contact Centre Design, build, test, implement and support the Contact Centre Console (CCC) Online reporting (OLR) (a web platform to receive non-urgent incidents online)
