Provision of Online Media Monitoring Services

Department of Transport and Regional Services (Canberra, ACT)

Description:The department is seeking to obtain a comprehensive online monitoring service for print and electronic media across the portfolio’s activities. The successful Service Provider will be chosen on the basis of its ability to consistently supply relevant and accurate information in a timely fashion from monitoring a range of print media outlets, covering all metropolitan and regional areas of Australia, as well as electronic media networks (ABC and commercial). This information will need to be supplied in an easily digestible format, indexed and identified according to categories and keywords supplied by the department and in a manner compatible with the department’s IT system(s). Information may often be required at short notice. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for supplying the department with online media monitoring services for a period of three (3) years with two, one (1) year options.
