As such, ERO’s focus is to procure a highly flexible, user-friendly application that is capable of accepting regular updates, rather than requiring complex algorithms to assign people to tasks. ERO uses Microsoft NAV, PayGlobal, Lotus Domino (Notes Mail) and Web Time applications for core business processing. Respondents should demonstrate their ability to integrate with these solutions. |
