Unleashing our IP Potential
The AIIA has publicly released its policy paper on IP in government ICT contracting, “Unleashing our IP Potential”.
The paper, an executive summary and the media release are all now available from AIIA’s website. Many Australian governments have policies or practices that result in the government, not the supplier, owning the IP created under a government ICT contract. Over the coming months, the AIIA will be using the paper to inform and stimulate discussion with stakeholders.
