Tender 03 SAP BI Configurer Australian Taxation Office (Canberra, ACT)
Description:	The ATO has recently completed an upgrade of SAP to ECC6 & BI 7.0 and is currently engaged in projects to implement the SAP Enterprise Learning Management Solution and SAP Supplier Relations Management (SRM) with the Procurement for Public Sector SAP add-on and BusinessObjects Xcelsius. We are seeking at least 1 new contractor based in the Canberra Tax Office who will be engaged to provide technical support for versions SAP ECC6.0 and SAP BI 7.0 and to undertake Business as Usual and project work. This role will be within the EST SAP Maintenance and Support Team. This team provides production system support for SAP and ESS. Tender 04 Mainframe Developer Cool:Gen Australian Taxation Office (Canberra, ACT)
Description:	ICT Enterprise Applications has a requirement for one new Mainframe Cool:Gen Developer. This position is in a team engaged in the development of new functionality for existing applications and is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining various systems to support the business objectives of the ATO. Tender 06 ATO Bill Payment Services including BPay, BillPay and Credit Card Australian Taxation Office (Canberra, ACT)
Description:	There is an established and continuing need for the provision of Over the Counter (BillPay), Telephone & Internet (BPay) and Credit Card payment services to enable clients to pay their tax liabilities. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified service providers capable of providing bill payment services to an organisation as large, complex and dynamic as the Tax Office. Contract terms for the individual services will take into account the ongoing requirement for the payment channel, the maturity of the service in the marketplace including the available technological improvements, and the longevity of the ATO’s usage of the service. The services being sought must make provision to: Accept payments made by taxpayers via the respective payment channel and issue an acknowledgement to the payer that the transaction has been successful; Ensure that the full value of payments received is transferred to the ATO’s Nominated Official Account on a same day basis; Provide a daily data file of transactions processed on behalf of the ATO; Provide reconciliation between the transactions accepted on behalf of the ATO, the Data File transferred to the ATO and the Funds banked into the ATO’s Nominated Official Account; Provide transactional and settlement reports on a daily basis; Provide assistance to ATO staff in resolving payment enquiries; Provide ATO staff with a level of training to ensure they become familiar with all aspects of the Service; Provide performance reporting as and when required by the Tax Office.

Tender 14 Virtual Travel Card Payment Facility Department of Services, Technology & Administration (Sydney, NSW)
Description:	This Request for Tender is made by the State Contracts Control Board for the supply to Eligible Customers of a virtual travel card payment facility. NSW Government and other Eligible Customers require a Card provider with experience in the provision of virtual cards for travel processes and account management experience dealing with high volume financial transactions for large complex organisations and a detailed understanding of virtual credit cards and processes used for travel transactions. To book travel, Eligible Customers utilise a Travel Management Company (TMC) - and arrange payment via a virtual card arrangement. The use of the TMC and virtual card system is mainly for booking of air travel and car hire, as accommodation is currently booked and paid for via a separate process. Accommodation however, could be included at a later stage. The travel spend through this process is approximately $50 Million per annum mainly air travel and some car hire bookings.

Description:	The desktop strategy proposed the incremental deployment of Virtualised Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to up to 50 per cent of the desktop fleet requiring the replacement of 50 per cent of the current desktop computers with Thin Client hardware devices. To date, Thin Client hardware devices have not been deployed within government. Accordingly, there is no vehicle in place for their procurement. In recognising this, the Procurement Analysis report produced in July 2009 recommended that a State Purchase Contract (SPC) for Thin Client hardware devices be established through open market competition as part of the desktop strategy. This SPC will aim to deliver a fit-for-purpose range of Thin Client hardware devices and associated services that achieve a value for money (VFM) outcome.
