Tender 13 Plan, Test and Implement Migration of Applications and Services off ATM Network and Onto OCDN RailCorp (Sydney, NSW)
Description:	RailCorp is building an IP based Operations Critical Data Network (OCDN) to replace its existing ATM data network. All organisational divisions within RailCorp currently rely upon the ATM, and in the future, the OCDN to transport administration and operational services and data. Description:	The National Native Title Tribunal (NNTT), a statutory agency of the Australian Government, has a requirement for the supply, implementation and support of an Integrated Claim and Future Act Management System. This will replace its current Case Management System (CMS) and Future Act Reporting and Statistical System (FARSS). CMS and FARSS were developed on the same platform which is now no longer sustainable by the Tribunal. The systems have largely remained unchanged for many years and have a number of functional gaps that prevent the realisation of efficiencies in managing claim and future act business. Recognising the possibility of a common platform and the common functionality between the two business processes such as notification, meeting scheduling, compliance etc this tender seeks to identify opportunities to progress an integrated solution that can have staged or modularised delivery. In doing so the NNTT is not just seeking a like for like replacement but innovative solutions that will provide opportunities to introduce improved functionality including project management, workflow, shared diaries/calendars, reporting spatial relationships with both claims and future acts, and enabling future integration with other business systems which are identified for redevelopment.
