Description:	The Commonwealth represented by and acting through the Australian Taxation Office (Tax Office) invites Tenders for the provision of suitably qualified personnel (Specified Personnel) to work at the Tax Office's Canberra premises. The Strategy Planning and Assurance (SP&A) portfolio in the ATO is responsible for coordinating the development of the EST Strategic Plan. Within the Strategic Plan, SP&A is also responsible for the development of the Technology Plan, which looks at the future technology portfolio of the ATO. Tender 08 High Availability Internet Gateway System Department of Defence - CIOG (Canberra, ACT)
Description:	The High Availability Internet Gateway Service (HAIGS) will replace the existing Defence Internet Gateway (DIG) with a high throughput, secure, robust, and highly available connection between the Defence Information Environment (DIE), and the internet and External Parties (business partners, other Government departments, and the general public). The key entities in the DIE using the DIG are users on the Defence Restricted Network (DRN) who use DIG services primarily to conduct email messaging with internet-based addressees and internet web browsing. In addition to email and web access, the DIG supports Defence Extranets through which Defence shares information and services with External Parties. The HAIGS Capability can be viewed as a managed gateway service (the HAIGS) which enforces Defence security and administrative policies and practices on a number of Defence Services operating through the HAIGS.

Description:	The Reporting Services Branch (RSB) of the NSW Department of Justice and Attorney General is seeking to establish a panel of contractors for the provision of recording, monitoring and transcription services for various Courts and Tribunals across NSW. RSB is the primary provider of recording and transcription services to the Courts and Tribunals of NSW. RSB records all formal court proceedings, both criminal and civil, in all major jurisdictions. RSB transcribes all formal proceedings for all jurisdictions. Agreements established under this request for tender will be structured to provide sufficient capacity to augment the service delivery of RSB across NSW.
