CONROY - MCKINSEY-KPMG APPOINTED LEAD ADVISOR FOR NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK

McKinsey-KPMG has been appointed as Lead Advisor for the National Broadband Network Implementation Study. Tender 02 ICT Telephony Project Manager Australian Taxation Office (Canberra, ACT)

Tender 22 Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) (Amended - New Date) Queensland Transport (Brisbane, QLD)
Description:	The LIMS solution will provide a centrally managed repository of materials testing data and a set of reporting and analysis tools that will allow Departmental Materials Services to efficiently transform data into information and information into knowledge. The LIMS application once selected, will contribute to better quality road construction and lower road lifecycle costs. The LIMS project is part of a larger program of work that has been called the State-wide Materials Services Framework (SMSF). LIMS is a major contributor to the benefits that will be delivered by the SMSF program. As part of that program, the department intends to work closer with industry to meet the department’s role of road stewardship. This strategic partnership is expected to result in the external laboratories performing testing on departmental projects becoming registered and accredited for that work. It is also planned that those laboratories will utilise the same information management solution.

Tender 24 Citytrain Onboard Communications RFI Queensland Rail (Brisbane, QLD)
Description:	QRP would like to further research and investigate suitable wireless communication carrier services in order to provide efficient, robust, secure and reliable communication channels to and from Citytrain Rollingstock. This carrier service (or services) is to serve as a business enabler for QRP to explore new business opportunities as well as increase the avenues available for QRP to improve the onboard customer experience and satisfy the increasingly changing expectations of our customers.
