Tender 19 Service Provider to Assist in the Recruitment and Selection of Appropriate Candidates for ICT Career Graduate Program Department of Public Works (Brisbane, QLD)
Description:	The purpose of this invitation to offer is to identify and engage a service provider to assist the Queensland Government Chief Information Office in the recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates for the 2010 intake of a cross-Government ICT Career Graduate Program. This document will form the basis for engaging a contractor to assist the Queensland Government Chief Information Office (QGCIO), Department of Public Works with the recruitment and selection processes. Submissions will be assessed and a contract will be awarded based on the ability of the contractor to demonstrate their capability and experience for each of the requirements outlined in section 3.4 of this document. The objective is to supply services which will enable the QGCIO to attract, recruit, evaluate and select candidates for the ICT Career Graduate Development Program via an on-line system. This system must be hosted by the successful contractor. The solution must allow for management of on-line applications and testing. The application period for the ICT Career Graduate Development Program has been specified for 13 July 2009 to 17 August 2009. The Selection process will extend from September to end of October 2009. The contractor should allow additional time to work with the Queensland Government Chief Information Office to become familiar with the ICT Career Graduate Development Program and for configuring their service or system/s to suit Queensland Government requirements.
