Griffith University is seeking information for the provision of a Marketing Automation Software (MAS) (the Solution), including implementation and support services. The requirement is for a cloud based Marketing Automation application that can be integrated with the current Squiz Matrix Content Management System (CMS), with the option for integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) packages. The Solution will be deployed initially to support student recruitment, though is anticipated to be scaled across other parts of Griffith’s business. The purpose of this RFI is to allow the University to gather information in a structured format that allows potential products and solutions to be compared. Pricing needs to be clearly defined.
