Library Management System

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of a Library Management System (LMS). The scope of the tender includes: – Supply and implementation of a LMS to Council’s requirement; – Integration with Council core systems (dependant on the solution selected) as required to support functional operation of the selected system; and – Integration of the LMS to non-core Council systems and add-ins including but limited to: MS Office Professional Suite, Browsers, SalesForce CRM, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Migration of data and files from the existing LMS’s to the selected LMS, Deployment of the LMS across all branches in the Library service, Development and delivery of a staff training program and support materials, Decommissioning of legacy LMS’s, and On-going hosting and maintenance and support of a LMS.
