The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) is seeking to engage the services of a provider to develop 4-6 videos (mixture of animation and live acting) that demonstrate its existing education resources for small business. The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) is seeking to engage the services of a provider to develop 4-6 videos (mixture of animation and live acting) that demonstrate how small business can use the FWO’s educational resources to meet their obligations as an employer. This project must be delivered and completed by 2 February 2018. The videos must: o have accompanying scripts for the FWO to review o be 2-4 minutes long, including a 30 second “snack” video for each. o be provided in high definition .avi or .mp4 formats o include non-embedded subtitles for closed captioning – .srt files to be provided separately. All resources produced must: o be simple, practical and easy to understand o engaging, impactful, eye-catching and memorable o aligned with the FWO branding guidelines o comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines available at: www.dto.gov.au/standard. In addition to this, all working files must be provided to the FWO on completion of the project.
