ICT as a Service Early Market Engagement Notification

This Early Market Engagement (EME) seeks to help the Department understand potential market offerings and any innovative solutions or progress made within ICT as a Service. The EME process is intended to achieve the following objectives: • Gather insights on the current ICT as a Service market; • Understand, from the vendor perspective, the trends, themes, and market challenges that would impact or otherwise influence the establishment of an innovative ICT as a Service Solution; • Determine design options, transition options, and the breadth and depth of solutions available from the market; and • Understand – commercial models available to the Department.
