Enterprise Service Management Platform

The Department of Education (the Department) requires the provision of a cloud based modular and integrated Enterprise Service Management Platform that includes a service desk function and a service support management solution that has a broad application across different business operations and has a user-centric approach as a single point of contact for IT and other corporate business areas (such as payroll, finance etc). The service desk functionality will facilitate the integration of business processes into an ITIL service management infrastructure. The Enterprise Service Management Platform will relate contextually to business requirements and users across the enterprise. In addition the Department seeks support services to be provided following implementation.
