Geoscience Australia is upgrading its Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Records Manager 8.1 to Content Manager 9.1. We seek to engage an experienced service provider to lead and perform the technical components of the upgrade to deliver a functional and compliant EDRMS. Geoscience Australia is a non-corporate Commonwealth entity and is part of the Jobs and Innovation portfolio. Geoscience Australia’s Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) is the primary tool for ensuring the organisation complies with the requirements of the Archives Act 1983 and other related legislation. Geoscience Australia is currently running HPE Records Manager version 8.1. This version will no longer be supported from 30 April 2018. Additionally, Geoscience Australia requires an EDRMS to support the organisation in implementing the Whole of Government Digital Continuity 2020 policy. HPE Content Manager 9.1 and subsequent versions will support the implementation of the targets and pathways identified by the Digital Continuity 2020 Policy. To ensure Geoscience Australia has a functional EDRMS that meets business requirements and enables the organisation to comply with relevant legislation and Australian Government policy.
