The objectives are to: 1. Implement a SharePoint online intranet which is attractive and easy to navigate. 2. Design an intranet that allows team members to find relevant organisational information, forms and policies simply and easily which is relevant to their specific work group or area. 3. Allow for easier management and leadership group tasks, ie writing policies and procedures, editing with more than one user etc. 4. Allow access from any device with internet access to all policies, forms, HR information, WPS information, rosters, staff directories and other relevant documentation. 5. Incorporate a communication element such as a news feed which allows for various resources or updates to be shared.
