North East Water has a customer base of 51,000 customers who are billed quarterly. The current Customer Billing System is nine years old and is inefficient. Combined with an upgrade of the Customer Billing System, North East Water is looking to provide customers with an enhanced online experience to be able to view billing history and make changes to their contact information. North East Water is seeking responses for the provision of a Customer Billing System. Responses are invited from software providers or providers with capabilities in offering software as a service that meet North East Waters specific requirements detailed at Part B in this tender package.
