Communications Needs Assessment for a Major Transformation Programme

Department of Human Services requires an assessment of communications required for future work across a major multi-year transformation programme. The Seller will need to work with the programme team to undertake the assessment and may also be required to connect in to various communications teams across the department. The successful vendor will be required to undertake a needs assessment for communications and related requirements across a major programme of work. The Seller will be required to: •Identify and outline high-level strategy for future communications required for the programme •Assess current capability and requirements to deliver within the programme •Identify opportunities to tailor communications within a Lean Agile programme environment •Make recommendations on delivery of communications for future programme delivery cycles.
